Is Forrest Yoga for you? Of COURSE it is!

We get a lot of people coming to our Beginner Yoga sessions wondering if they can go to Forrest Yoga classes or what that is about.
What we do in the Beginner classes IS Forrest Yoga, just 60 minutes of it and we are barely getting started before we get you into savasana. A 90 minute Forrest class lets you explore deeper while still using all your basic moves.

Forrest Yoga is about working free from what dims or degrades your energy. Our Forrest Yoga classes always start with an intent and time for you to think about it. It incorporates healing, deep self-awareness and Yoga. Our teachers are all specially trained to be resourceful around injury, pregnancy and disability. So no matter whether you think you are “too _________(insert your favourite),” you can come to a Forrest class. Forrest Yoga will teach you how to heal and balance the emotional body and begin to discern between the voices of conditioning and the voice of your spirit.

Forrest Yoga gets your strong and centred by connecting you to your core from the very beginning. It uses, heat, vigorous exercises and deep breathing to cleanse you to a deep cellular level. The poses are held a little longer than other styles of Yoga to help you oxygenate every cell. Forrest Yoga does NOT require strength or flexibility just a commitment to work honestly with your edges and a willingness to work authentically. You will also exercise your emotional body through the full spectrum of feeling.
