Coming this July
We have updated our timetable from July, bringing you more Yoga, great options and even better value for your membership! Combine that with our loyalty scheme with Perkville and you can get some sweet treats! Here’s a quick run down of what is new:
-Morning classes for you pre-work folks at 6.30-7.30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This lets you build up a weekly routine by doing out Open classes 3 days a week!
-Mid-Morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 10.00am. You have an amazing choice between Beginners and Pilates (With Joseph McNamara)! Amazing!
-A special 90 Minute Beginners class on Thursdays at 1.00pm, explore the basic moves and have time for a decent savasana (we know that is a pretty compelling reason to come along!)
Remember, if you haven’t been to Heart Space yet, you can sign up for a FREE week of Yoga via the booking platform! Why not bring a friend and start this summer!
