Gina began her training in Dublin in 2014 and worked mainly in the area of mental health and disability. She believes that by bringing people back into their bodies, amazing transformations and healing can take place. She is fascinated with how emotions manifest themselves in the body, and her interest in the subtle and emotional body lead her to complete training in Integrated body and Energy Therapy also. It is this marriage of interest in the physical, emotional and spiritual self that keeps feeding her passion and thirst for everything yoga.
Authenticity is important to her teaching, so always expect a class taught from experience.Her style is Vinyasa Flow, but ever evolving, so expect some challenges, some experimentation, some laughter and some blissful savasana’s.
